Steel formwork systems for square, rectangular, circular and polygonal column sections.
The column is the element where concrete exerts the highest lateral pressure. When a narrow section is poured quickly, pressure on the formwork reaches its peak within a short time. Our column formwork is calculated and manufactured to carry that load.
We dimension the body not only for concrete pressure but also for the asymmetric loads that occur during assembly and stripping. Locking mechanisms are positioned so that a filled mould cannot be released from a single point.
On tall columns the working platform, guardrail and access ladder are integrated into the formwork. This removes the need for separate scaffolding and shortens the pouring cycle.

With adjustable column formwork, dimensional change within a defined range is possible. If you state the range up front we design the mould accordingly.
When the number of segments and the joint detail are resolved correctly, marks are minimal. For fair-faced concrete we plan joint positions according to the architectural intent.
