Welding and quality

Load-bearing connections are welded by certified welders, with weld sequence and heat input planned to prevent distortion. We accommodate requests for non-destructive testing on critical connections.

For complex work we carry out workshop pre-assembly so that hole alignments and connection tolerances are verified before shipment.

Surface preparation by shot blasting

Site erection is evaluated per project. Where your own crew will erect the structure, we provide assembly instructions and technical consultancy.

It depends on the corrosion class of the environment. In coastal, chemical or permanently wet environments galvanising is more economical over the long term. In dry, enclosed environments a coating system is sufficient.
