Acer İskele Kalıp has manufactured steel formwork, shoring and structural steel systems since 2009. At our 11,000 m² covered facility in Kahramankazan, Ankara, we produce both standard product lines and fully project-specific formwork solutions.
The value of a mould is measured by the surface quality of the concrete it casts and by how many times it can be reused. That is why every stage of manufacturing — design, cutting, welding, surface treatment and assembly — is carried out in-house. This keeps tolerances under our control and shortens delivery times.
From residential and tunnel formwork to bridge pier moulds, from precast plant equipment to tower crane systems, we manufacture across a wide range. Every item is designed to stand up in its own field conditions.
