About us
Every project has its own geometry. So should its formwork.
Acer İskele Kalıp has manufactured steel formwork, shoring and structural steel systems since 2009. At our 11,000 m² covered facility in Kahramankazan, Ankara, we produce both standard product lines and fully project-specific formwork solutions.
The value of a mould is measured by the surface quality of the concrete it casts and by how many times it can be reused. That is why every stage of manufacturing — design, cutting, welding, surface treatment and assembly — is carried out in-house. This keeps tolerances under our control and shortens delivery times.
From residential and tunnel formwork to bridge pier moulds, from precast plant equipment to tower crane systems, we manufacture across a wide range. Every item is designed to stand up in its own field conditions.

Technical Analysis
Formwork pressure, load transfer and reuse count are calculated; alternatives are presented.

Design
Shop drawings and assembly diagrams are prepared and submitted for your approval.

Manufacturing
Cutting, bending, welding and assembly in our own facility with certified welders.

Quality Control
Dimensional checks, weld inspection and, after surface treatment, a trial assembly.

Delivery & Assembly
Shipped to site, with the first assembly carried out alongside our technical team.
