Crane-handled steel panels with props and platforms for large-area shear walls.
Casting shear walls with large panels reduces the number of joints and increases pouring speed. Crane-handled wall formwork is designed for projects that need to cast wide areas in a single operation.
The panel frame is calculated for fresh concrete lateral pressure as well as wind and crane lifting loads. Lifting hooks are positioned at the centre of gravity so the panel hangs in balance.
Tie rod holes are planned so as not to compromise the permanent waterproofing of the structure. For water-retaining structures such as tanks and basement walls we recommend sealed tie systems.

We have standard sizes, but producing panels sized to your grid is often more efficient. Share your axis spacings and we will work out the panel layout with the least waste.
Yes. For situations such as retaining walls where one face bears against the excavation, we manufacture single-sided formwork brackets. In this system the load is transferred to the foundation through anchored brackets rather than tie rods.
