Standard solutions are not always enough. Custom manufacturing has been Acer's strongest area since the company was founded: you may have a drawing, a sample, or only a description of a need — we turn it into something that can be built.

How we proceed

Define the need
Share whatever you have: a drawing, a photograph, a sample part or a verbal description.
Concept design
Our engineering team proposes a buildable solution with alternatives, costs and lead times.
Shop drawings
Detailed drawings of the approved concept are prepared.
Manufacturing & inspection
Produced at our facility and put through dimensional and functional checks.
Delivery
Delivered with operating instructions and, where required, commissioned on site.

Reverse engineering

For imported equipment with no available spare parts, we manufacture from measurements taken off the existing component. This removes the wait for imported parts and in most cases significantly reduces cost.

Technical notes

Input: Technical drawing, sample part or description of need
Design: Concept design + approved shop drawings
Manufacturing: Cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly
Inspection: Dimensional and functional testing
Surface treatment: Blasting + industrial coating or galvanising
Delivery: Operating instructions + on-site commissioning if required

We do. There is no minimum quantity for custom manufacturing; we work at scales from single-part refurbishment to full production lines.
